For the shameful, horrible people who haven't played the game:

B.B. is a hacker and support character from Metal Gear Ac!d², who cheerfully intruded on Snake's mission to infiltrate SaintTech. His intrusion was an utterly unpredictable outside factor, which probably saved Snake's life later on, when Wiseman and Venus were shoving Snake and Dalton through their Xanatos Gambit; this hacker who gave his name as "B.B." was an ace in the hole, and oh did they play him.

Near the end of the game, it's revealed that B.B. was an elementary school student hacking from his school's computer lab. Despite this, he could cut through government security like a warm knife through butter, and even high-tech technology company security.

He thought the whole thing was awesome and just like a video game.
